Where has the year gone? I am proud to say I have all my Christmas shopping done, with only a little bit of shopping for me thrown in there….a little XD
Today’s post is about another recent addition to my MAC lipstick collection…which has grown so big I had to purchase another lipstick holder, woops! Today is MAC’s Frank N Furter from the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I really hadn’t planned to buy anything from this collection, but then Lani bought be Strange Journey and then I went spiraling out of control.
So let’s check it out! Read more
Its Friday here in New Zealand and I am excited to get my weekend started. Today I have a another new MAC lipstick for you, but this one was given to me by the ever kind and wonderful friend of my Lani from Lani Loves. Lani sent me MAC’s Strange Journey from the Rocky Horror collection. Make sure you check out her swatches for the full set of lipsticks from the Rocky Horror Picture Show Collection, found here.
Its always good when a friend picks a lipstick for you, because you get a shade that you would not have normally picked for yourself. When you put it on it looks amazing an then you know that they love you ❤
So lets see how well Lani did.
I have something exciting to share with you today. I have managed to get myself a tube of MAC‘s Pure Heroine lipstick. I shared with you the other day the beauty that is Heroine, so I give you the stunner that is Pure Heroine. This beautiful dark purple, amplified creme is from the mini Lorde Collection. It only just launched in New Zealand today, but I scored myself a tube from MAC’s website two weeks ago.
I finally gave youshop a go and this is how I have a tube early ;). Youshop is an awesome service nzpost offers, which provides you a US address for those websites that only ship to places within the states and then they send it on to you. I would highly recommend youshop to all my New Zealand beauty addicts :3
So lets have a look at my awesome, new purple lipstick!:3 Read more
Good Morning Lovelies!
Today I have for your one of my latest MAC lipsticks, Goddess of the Sea from the new Alluring Aquatic Collection. Gah! The packaging of this collection is just so cool!! Metallic teal with water droplets! This collection was a bit of a comfort since I missed out on the Maleficent collection.
Goddess of the Sea was one of the lipsticks I knew I had to get once I saw it in person. Of the swatches that we released online I thought Mystical would be for me, but Goddess of the Sea won me over.
I HAVE M.A.C. COSMETICS!!!
I’ve never brought MAC cosmetics before, but when they advertised their up and coming Archie’s Girls Collection I knew I had to get something. Then I saw the lipstick called Ronnie Red and I my red lippie fangirl cried a little. I wanted this lipstick so much I pretty much ran to the second store in Auckland CBD at the opposite end from my work to get it, because the first one was sold out. The sales lady was so amazing I walked out with an eyeliner too.
I haven’t swatched either of them yet, but I just had to share them (and brag a little).
How has your day been? A small part of mine has been spent glaring at my nails when ever they catch my eyes. I’ve had to give them a trim and painting them in this heat means they bubble. ANYWAY!
Today’s post is about some Limited Edition L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Vernis polishes I have been eyeing up. Ever since they hit the shelves here I have been eyeing up these three specific colours. However here in New Zealand L’Oreal polish can range from $14.00NZD to $24.00NZD depending on where you’re shopping. So I’ve just sorta ignored them…especially since these little bottles are only 5ml! 5ML!!
But out the other day with Mr Gabby I swept my eye across a Pharamcy sales table and there was all three of the Limited Edition polishes for $5.00 each! Can you believe it!?
So take a look at these beauties, made even better by the fact they were a bargain.
