Rimmel Kate Sculpting Palette in Coral Glow

Rimmel Kate Sculpting Palette in Coral Glow

Contouring has quickly become an every day part of my makeup routine, to the point where I do not feel right without it. I do not harcour contour, I do a line down underneath the cheek bone, underneath my chin and along my jawline and on either side of my temple and then buff it out so it is nice and gentle. Australis AC ON TOUR palette has been my go to for months and I have only ever used matte shades to contour. I decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone when I saw how pretty Rimmel’s Kate Sculpting Palletes were. Rimmel sculpting palette closedI grabbed Coral Glow, it looked the best for my skin tone. I really like the packaging, simple and small enough to pop in my handbag and not take up too much room.Doesn’t it look so pretty all fresh and new like that, it already has a sizeable dent in each pan now XD Left to Right: Blush, Bronzer and Highlighters.

The blush is not as coral as I thought and really works as a nice gentle pop of colour on my cheeks. It works well with just about any other makeup look I go for.

The bronzer was a bit more shimmer than I was used to, but it worked so well and did not look over the top. It was a lovely gentle contour that just added a little bit more debth in the areas I wanted and also helped warm my skin up.

The highlighter shade is just beautiful and is one of those shades I always go for in a highlighter.

All combined on the right areas of my face the sculpting palette creates a soft contour. I have never had any blending issues with this and the shades never stick out to scream to the world that I contoured that morning. The powders are all have the same beautiful buttery feel, they apply easily and sit on my skin beautifully. I have worn either all three together or the bronzer every day for the last month, to the point where I have made a dent in the pan already. There is still plenty of product though 😉

I would love to get a back up of this and would highly recommend grabbing your own. I am not too sure what shades New Zealand has, but according to the Rimmel International website there is three shades, Golden Sands, Coral Glow and Golden Bronze.

Do you contour? Any tips and tricks?

❤ Miss T

  1. I also contour when I can. But if given the luxury of time, I’d do contouring the wayne goss way. He contours with a cream countour, highlights and conceals blemishes just before he applies foundation check it out. 😊😃
